My name is Nikolus (call me Niko), and I grew up just outside of Los Angeles. I’m 27 years old, and I have an obligation to provide for my family — which is exactly why I want to become a Branch Manager in this business.

I’m from Rockwall, Texas, where I worked in marketing & sales for 4 years prior to joining 5 Pillar Solutions.
My goal within the company is to run my own branch and help those looking to create a successful career — by teaching, developing, and coaching them. My vision long term is to be the first wealthy individual in my family, as well as to retire my family. In my free time I enjoy playing pool and making music as well as going on the golf course and playing basketball.
I’ve been working with the company for 7 months. I was born and raised in Orange County, California, where I studied music and worked in Retail, Customer Service, and Acquisition.
My goal within the company is to improve my professional and personal skills — especially in communication and business — so that in the future, I can operate and maintain a successful business to help others prosper and enjoy life.

I’ve been with the company for about 6 months. A Southern California native I’ve worked blue-collar jobs anything from construction to being a line cook and everything in between. My goal in the company is to learn how to run my own business successfully in order to provide for my loved ones and eventually retire them and myself. When I’m not in the office or in the field, I like to go to the gym, watch UFC, go out with friends, and just relax and visit new restaurants.
I have been with the company for four months and have a background in retail & customer service before joining 5 pillars. I’m a college graduate from Long Beach State with a PHD in Consumer Affairs. My goal in this company is to learn how to run my own business successfully and become a strong role model and remove stress from my family financially. I like to skate, play video games, watch the dallas mavericks win, and to make money!
Kareem was originally born in upstate New York and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He quickly developed an outstanding work ethic out of high school, which propelled him into a strong start in business management.
From becoming a restaurant branch manager at the young age of 20 to founding 5 Pillar Solutions in August 2024, he continues to apply the experience he has gained throughout his journey every day. He uses his passion and industry knowledge to develop his team, helping them reach their full potential both personally and professionally.
Kareem’s vision is for 5 Pillar Solutions to operate as a national leader in the marketing industry and to continue setting the gold standard across campaigns. His faith is important to him, and he enjoys spending time with his daughter and giving back to charity to help those less fortunate.
He is also a big Baltimore Ravens and Los Angeles Lakers fan and enjoys attending games whenever possible.

Isabella is very proud of her Hispanic background and heritage. She was born & raised in Arlington Texas, she completed college at a young age ahead of the rest of her class and graduated with her bachelor’s in biology in May 2025. Before beginning her career with 5 Pillar Solutions she managed a Doggy Daycare and loved every minute of it. She was a collegiate athlete at UTA where she played basketball, volleyball, and ran cross country. Currently she’s focused on developing her leadership, communication and public speaking skills. Her goal is to help those around her and she’s passionate about equipping others with tools to succeed and empowering them to reach their full potential.
Edgardo Calderon has been working with the company for 7 months as an Account Manager. Born and raised in Orange County, California, he studied music and gained experience in Retail, Customer Service, and Acquisition.
